General Terms and Conditions

Limousine & Bus Travel ApS (hereinafter referred to 'LBT' or 'We' ) CVR 43671480, provides luxury chauffeured transportation services, including airport transfers, point-to-point travel, and custom arrangements. All bookings and use of our services are subject to the terms below.


By accessing and using the services provided by LBT, you (hereinafter referred to 'Customer' or 'You') agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below, on behalf of yourself and all members of your travelling party and you confirm to us that you:

  • are at least 18 years old;
  • have legal capacity to be bound by these Terms;
  • have had sufficient chance to read and understand these Terms; and
  • accept these Terms and that you agree to comply and to be bound by them.


The Customer waives any and all claims of liability, loss, injury, damage, or theft. The Customer agrees to maintain full legal behavior and is expected to behave respectfully toward our chauffeurs and vehicles during the time of service. LBT reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a ride if behavior endangers safety or violates policies.


LBT reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the Customer's responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.


Custom terms may apply to corporate or agency partnerships. These will be outlined in specific contracts or agreements between parties.


We care about the security of you and your data. Please be aware that we do not receive your sensitive data for any purpose. Any personal information provided for bookings or communication will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

LBT is entitled to make any changes to bookings and service owing to the unforeseen circumstance (e.g. force majeures, accidents as such). The Client agrees to waive any claims against LBT when alternative solutions are provided by LBT.


LBT is not liable for delays, disruptions, or failure to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, wars, government actions, pandemics, or major traffic disruptions.

Booking, Payment and Compliance


The Customer must ensure all of the information you provide LBT with at the time of booking is accurate incl. date/time, location/destination, and oter required details for LBT to conduct the service.

 

LBT determines the most convenient route for himself and his passenger. Please keep this in mind when booking and determining your destination point.


Full payment is required prior to service unless an account or agreement has been established. The Customer agrees to pay LBT any additional charges (e.g. tolls, extra waiting time, parking, overtime, gratuity) thay may occur during conducting the services per the agreed payment method and timeframe. 


LBT accepts major credit cards, corporate invoicing (with prior approval), and selected mobile payment methods. Note that fees or charges added by your card provider are not refundable by LBT. You will need to contact your card provider.

 

Smoking or food/eating is not permitted inside any of the vehicles in our fleet at any time. No alcoholic beverages will be stocked or permitted in vehicles with passengers under the age of 21 without a legal guardian present. Consumption of alcohol by a minor is never tolerated under any circumstance. Alternative beverages are available upon request for additional cost.


While we are happy to let you bring  personal items, LBT does not take responsibility for loss or damage to items that are left in the vehicle during or after completion of the trip.


All special requests including special-needs passenger, VIP escorting and welcoming services are subject to the ability of LBT to meet those requests. We recommend the Customer contact LBT before your pick-up departure time to confirm your special requirements. Extra fees may apply.

Change, Cancellation and Refund


Changes to existing bookings must be requested at least 12 hours in advance of the pickup time and are subject to availability, via LBT email: info@lbtlimo.com or phone: +45 20518788. Changes are only considered valid if you receive an updated confirmation reflecting these changes. Changes to bookings that are made less than 12 hours are considered as the late change, LBT will make endeavours to accommodate yet not gauranteed. The Customer agrees to pay the extra charges that may apply due to the late change in advance.


Cancellations must be made via LBT contact email: info@lbtlimo.com and/or phone: +45 20518788.

 

Cancellations that are made 24 hours before the transfer time, full refund will be applied. Cancellations that are made between 24 hours and 12 hours in prior to the transfer time are subject to 50% partial refund. Cancellatons are made between 12 hours and 3 hours are subject to 30% partial refund. Cancellations are made within 3 hours before the service starts or no-shows will be charged the full fare.

 

Cancellation time limit for the coach or group transfers (for more than 14 passengers) is subject to 7 days before the reservation date, in this situation refund amount will be full, 100%. For cancellations between 7 days to 4 days, 50% of your amount can be refunded and transfer can be cancelled. If there are 4 days or less left until your reservation, the reservation cannot be canceled and no refund can be provided. 

 

No refund will be provided if the Customer does not show up at the pickup location for any scheduled transfer within 60 mins for Airport transfer/Cruise Terminal, 30 mins for Hotel/Designated address and 15mins for other pickup locations.


If a booking is cancelled from the agency/partners side due to any operational issues or accident, refund can be provided based on agreement between LBT and the partners.


Cancellation and refund can not be claimed after the completion of service. 

 

LBT is not responsible for any cancellation or delay of flights and/or cruises associated to the transfer service provided by LBT.


Damage Policy


The Customer is responsible for any damage to the vehicle, its interior, exterior, or equipment caused by themselves or their guests during the course of service. This includes, but is not limited to, spills, tears, burns, scratches, broken components, or excessive wear and tear beyond normal usage.


The Customer agrees to:

  • Reimburse LBT in full for the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged property.

  • Report any damagecaused immediately to the chauffeur or an LBT representative.

  • Accept assessment of damagesas determined by LBT or a certified service provider.


LBT reserves the right to charge the Customer’s payment method on file or invoice for the cost of the damage. Refusal to pay may result in legal action and/or the suspension of future service.


A security deposit may be held for certain bookings. This will be returned upon completion of service, provided no damage or violations have occurred.

Miscellaneous


Complimentary waiting time covers:

  • Airports and Cruise Terminals: up to 60 minutes after flight arrival
  • Hotel and desginated address: up to 30 minutes after scheduled pick-up
  • Other locations: up to 15 mins after scheduled pick-up
    Additional waiting time may be charged by the hour or portion thereof.


In the event of a force majeure:

  • Both LBT and the Customer agree to notify each other promptly.

  • Obligations under the agreement may be paused until the situation is resolved.

  • If the disruption lasts more than 30 days or makes service impossible, either party may cancel the agreement without penalty and liability.

  • Any unused prepaid amounts will be refunded (minus any costs already incurred), and the Customer remains responsible for services already provided


If the Customer has a problem whilst on the trip this must be reported to LBT immediately at destination. Contact details of LBT are on the booking confirmation mail which we send you when your booking is confirmed. 


By proceeding with your booking/using our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our policy.
