Limousin & Bus Travel ApS (LBT in the following context), is fully committed to maintaining the privacy of personal information that you provide to us when booking via LBT site. We need to collect, use and disclose personal information in order to perform our business functions and activities, including making and managing bookings on behalf of our customers. We are firmly committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information/personal data and to maintaining various physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect personal information in our care.

 

This Privacy Policy sets out how we treat and protect the privacy of your personal information received about you when you provide to LBT and LBT site. It applies to all individuals. We recommend that you review the privacy policy to determine how your privacy is handled and protected.

General:

When you register, and at other times, we may collect personally identifiable information from you that may include your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and facts about your computer. We do not, however, knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen. In addition, if a user is under 18, unless consent is obtained from your parent/guardian, you are not allowed to provide us with personal information.

  • Chauffeurs & Service Partners:To ensure accurate and timely service, relevant booking details may be shared with assigned drivers or logistics partners.

  • Trusted Third Parties:We may share data with vetted providers who help us operate our services (e.g., secure payment processors, IT support, email platforms). These partners are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for agreed purposes.

  • Fest Group International:Where applicable, data may be shared within our parent company’s ecosystem to provide integrated travel support and cross-service coordination.

  • Regulatory Authorities or Legal Bodies:When required by law, court order, or regulation, we may disclose information to appropriate government agencies.


We Never:

  • Sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

  • Share more information than necessary to complete the specific service or transaction.

  • Allow data usage for marketing unless you’ve explicitly consented.


All data sharing is done in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and is protected by appropriate safeguards, including data processing agreements and secure transfer protocols.



Data Retention

LBT retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected — including the provision of transportation services, handling bookings and inquiries, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements.


Retention Periods

  • Booking & Service Data:Typically retained for up to 5 yearsto support customer service, tax, and audit requirements.

  • Payment Records:Retained in accordance with accounting laws, generally for 5 yearsunder Danish bookkeeping regulations.

  • Email & Communication Logs:Stored for up to 2 yearsfor service tracking and quality assurance, unless legal or contractual reasons require longer storage.

  • Marketing Preferences:Retained until the user withdraws consent or unsubscribes.


Data Deletion

Once the retention period expires, or upon verified request, personal data is either securely deleted, anonymized, or archived in a way that prevents further use.



Your Rights as a Customer
